Our collision center serves drivers across Palatine, IL and the surrounding Chicagoland area with certified repairs, transparent communication, and full insurance coordination.
Visit us at 2095 N Rand Rd, Palatine, IL 60074, or call (844) 474-5250 to get started. You can also request an estimate online. We have a drive-in estimating bay, and you'll be greeted by our friendly and knowledgeable team upon your arrival.

What to expect
- If you are arriving for an estimate, plan for 15-30 minutes for our team to inspect the vehicle, complete a preliminary estimate, and talk to you about your options.
- If you are arriving for repairs, plan for 10-20 minutes to fill out our drop-off forms, walk around the vehicle before you hand the keys over.
- If you are leaving your vehicle for repairs and require a rental car, please call us beforehand to ensure that we have all the information required to get you into a rental car.

Night Drop
We offer a convenient and secure night drop located near the Collision Center lobby — take an envelope, fill out the relevant information, and drop it in the top of the drop box. Please use legible handwriting when filling out the form.
We will contact you the next morning and start the process of restoring your vehicle!
